FERRICON is used in providing concrete floors, which has to carry heavy loads and traffic. This load causes Impact as well as abrades the floor topping. FERRICON being ductile and malleable resist this effect. It is available in 3 grades – i.e. Ferricon Metallic Floor Hardener, Ferricon NM – Non Metallic Floor Hardener and Ferricon QTZ – Quartz based Floor Hardener.

>> FERRICON – NM (Non Metallic based Carborandum based floor hardener)
FERRICON – NM is a very hard, non slip aggregate comprised of quality controlled, factory blended pure graded emery and special additives to improve workability.
Emery is a natural occurring mined material that is extremely hard, tough and abrasion resistant. As a result, proper installation of FERRICON – NM will impart long life and excellent skid resistance for concrete surfaces. FERRICON – NM is completely non corrosive used for inside and outside.
>> FERRICON-QTZ (Quartz based floor hardener)
FERRICON-QTZ is a ready-to-use non-metallic floor hardener comprised of finely graded quartz aggregates, special additives and Portland cement. Proper installation of FERRICON-QTZ will impart long life and high durability to concrete floors. It can be used inside or outside and is completely none rusting.
>> EPIWELD – HF (Liquid Integral floor ha rdener)

Heavy Duty Epoxy Floor Topping Compound. EPIWELD-HF is a two component, 100% solids cross linking resin-epoxy system combined with specially graded and selected hard-wearing aggregates. Applied at an average 1 to 2 mm thickness to provide hard non-wearing topping.
EPIWELD-HF is especially recommended for providing floor toppings in Warehouses, Loading Docks, Garages, Gangways and Alley of Industrial Units subjected to heavy wear. It can be used for patching as well as resurfacing worn out concrete surfaces. It is resistant to acids, alkalis, grease, oil, abrasion and impact.

> CONBOND-A (Polymer based Floor Topping Compound)

CONBOND-A is latex based polymer used for bonding a freshly laid concrete to old surfaces like concrete, masonry, wood etc even of a minimum thickness of 10 mm. It has got high impact strength. It requires very less curing.
CONBOND-A modified cement mortar is having almost double shear, tensile, compressive, flexural and impact strength than that of unmodified (ordinary cement) mortars and properties of good resistance against U/V rays as well as protection against salt water.
WHERE USED?
- Where the top skin or laitance of concrete is eroded.
- Bonding new to old set concrete.
- Providing concrete topping of lesser thickness on the existing surface.
- Repairing worn-out floor.
- For featheredge leveling.
- For sealing the construction joints.

>> CONMAST (Premixed Mastic Compound)
CONMAST is a thermo plastic compound of selected fillers and blown grade Bitumen in powder form. When it is heated at about 200-300o C, the entire mass transforms into a sticky paste that could be trowelled easily on the surface. The treated surface is resistant to most diluted inorganic acid.
