A Polymer Based Cement Additive & Bonding Agent ----------- CONBOND

The timeworn problem with cement is that it is not repairable by topping with more concrete without hacking. Hacking cause dust, noise, confusion and extra expense both in carrying out the work and in carting away the refuse besides consume more time. In spite of this, the result is often, an uncertain and of imperfect key. CONBOND is designed to overcome all this difficulty. Its application on old surface like concrete, brick, ceramic, tile etc. provides new concrete or rendering a dependable 100% monolithic bond with a reasonable cost.

CONBOND is a single component latex based polymer, which is applied either with a brush or karni on the old surface as a bonding coat. Because of its plasticity, it forms a resilient bond, which will not break under the strain caused by thermal movements. It eliminates the shrinkage cracks that usually appear around the repaired patch an is not affected by alkalinity of cement.

  Where Conbond could be used?

Bonding delayed topping or resurfacing on concrete base slabs, floors or pavements etc.

Rendering made on non-porous surface such as stone, brick, concrete, ceramic tiles and other materials providing no suction or absorption.

Filling up the joints between two different materials like wood, concrete or masonry.

Repairing and strengthening eroded R.C.C. structural members like slab, beam, columns etc.

Monolithic bonding of traffic toppings to entirely rough cast floor, decks, ramps etc.

Grouting Masonry or R.C.C. members
